MURDERWOOD UPDATE 4-23-2026

HEROES

When the police are not the heroes that Chester County and the local governments like Uwchlan, West Whiteland and West Brandywine would like to convey, they cover it up. There's a not so small portion of police that are untrained idiots who abuse their authority and manipulate power to their benefit. Here are some examples but more are coming.

LIES

Obviously, I've been very busy moving away from my 2.5% mortgage, living in never-ending pain and dealing with Evil Angela Phillips who keeps slow rolling my house with her daughter, Andrea Phillips, both of which lied under oath to get Glenn Phillips a lenient sentence for a terrorist attack. Then you have her other two kids, Alyssa and Luke Phillips, that lied continuously under oath for their devil dad, weren't cross examined meaningfully and both are currently working at the Lionville Fire Department. We'll be doing profiles of the entire family with pictures and videos. Additionally, two Marchwood aka Murderwood creeps got involved before, during and after the trial, their names are Paul (drunken, woods destroyer, tarp boy, creeper) Sokolik and Jim (trespassing, threatening, illegal hunting, blue Ford dually) Graham. Their stories will commence on this website with video and images.

CONTROL

But first, we need to cast a bright spotlight on the Chief of Police from West Brandywine Township, Jeff Kimes, who's a good and loyal friend of the Uwchlan Township police department. You see, it's a brotherhood. When the police do misdeeds they get their friends to help cover them up, creating and perpetuating a false narrative about the person that they manipulated their authority against initially. And they spew that narrative to their friends, so it attempts to come to life.

GOV'T / MEDIA

Between Chester County covering up their police misconduct and the candidate for district attorney's office, Ryan Hyde, lying non-stop to the now dead, Michael P. Rellahan who sat directly behind him during closing arguments but was nowhere to be found during the trial; the truth has been masked and the story portrayed is a trove of fabricated nonsense. As a reporter, you'd think that Michael P. Rellahan would ask the victim of an attempted homicide a question during all of his reporting, but he deliberately did not. It's okay though, Michael P. Rellahan died a controlled sleaze. There will be no more conjured stories coming from his laptop. And rest assured, when you get the actual true story here, you're going to be scratching your head about everything you've been told in this corrupt county full of creeps.

RIGHTS

You see there is a law that was passed in Pennsylvania in 2023 that gives victims of horrific crimes rights to the evidence for a fee, which was paid. But Erin P. O'Brien denied me all evidence and refuses to provide me any to this day. She's another hero whose priority is to go to schools and teach children about respecting authority and the police. Let’s set aside the fact that Angie and Glenn have provided me less than $1000 since they mutilated me in the streets of Murderwood on June 15th, 2023. There was no brawl. That was a convenient bullshit narrative that helped justify the actions of Saraceni and Mattioni, the two heroes that showed up to stall the ambulance that day.

REACH

I currently have a problem with the neighbor across the street. Within 5 months of moving in beginning in December of 2024, this neighbor put on their lights all night long which they had not done leading up and then began yelling some of the most inappropriate despicable things to me after I asked them to turn their lights off at 11pm per the ordinance. This harassment has continued nonstop because the Township is full of corrupt unqualified bureaucrats that are wantonly and easily manipulated by corrupt unqualified bureaucrats on the County level.

NAMING NAMES

It's time to name names. My new neighbor is Sylvia Wagner. She's the wife of Hal Wagner. They hail from New Jersey. Apparently somebody from Murderwood contacted them and told them that I deserved to die. The police refuse to do anything and in fact, during one of my arguments with Hal Wagner that he initiated while I was crossing the street to get my mail on his property, they decided to send me a trespassing and harassment ticket, a month after the interaction, on Thanksgiving, that stated that I had to be fingerprinted by Christmas 2025. The West Brandywine Township Police Department never contacted me about the charges and then when I contacted them and provided them video evidence, they said make a civil complaint at the district court.

REWARD

Anyone that provides me relevant information through the Contact Us email will receive a $500 Amazon gift card for information that I'm able to publish about the relationship of Hal and Sylvia Wagner to anyone inside the Marchwood community. Any communication, whether it's through Facebook or any other social media or any messages or phone calls that can be verified, will suffice. The Marchwood community is full of trashy, New Jersey transplants. It's a gross community and it's not peaceful at all. It's the exact opposite; it's a creepy and evil place. It does not represent anything remotely close to what Chester County looked like for the last 50 years. And with that said, the people that work in the Chester County DA's office are primarily from outside of Chester County. Most of them have never lived here. It's obvious.

Mimicking self-harm in a threatening manner, especially towards someone who has experienced actual harm, is likely to be classified as harassment under Pennsylvania law.

Yelling the n-word repeatedly at your neighbor's house after being told to stop would be considered harassment and could also be classified as a hate crime due to the racial slur used. Such behavior is intended to provoke distress and is illegal under civil rights laws.
